
III. Roles and responsibilities
The process of evaluation needs to be supported by the personnel
of all the organisations whose roles and responsibilities have
been specified as follows:
The project manager

Ensuring activities are carried out in line with the relevant
WP timetables
•
Monitoring the achievement of outcomes
•
Supervising the evaluation procedure
The evaluator
•
Developing the evaluation plan with the project manager and the
partners
•
Making sure the evaluation is considered from the start of the
project
•
Setting up systems and procedures to acquire appropriate information
and feedback from beneficiaries throughout the life of the project
•
Writing the interim and final evaluation reports on the basis
of the feedback gathered
The project team and delivery partners
•
Understanding the importance of data capture and its role in
supporting evaluation
•
Collecting feedback from beneficiaries and trainers
•
Feeding back to the evaluator on the basis of evaluation scenarios
and templates provided
